The property is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Villa with private parking. The Margaret River main street with its shops, cafes and restaurants is only a short stroll away. The property has a large open plan living area which opens out to a private courtyard, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. There is a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV and DVD player, and reverse cycle heating /cooling in the master bedroom and main living area.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and there are 2 king singles in bedroom 3. The property is ideal for families or small groups of up-to 6 people.
Forest trails in the National Park are within a 5-minute walk. Pristine beaches and surf breaks are only a 10-minute drive away. A great base to explore Margaret River.
